一 | 2025년 1월 윤석열 구속영장 발부에 지지자들 법원 난입·기물 파손 서부지법 폭동사태 [연합뉴스]대법원이 지난해 1월 발생한 ‘서울서부지법 폭동 사태’ 가담자 5명을 상대로 11억원대 손해배상 소송을 제기했다.대법원 법원행정처는 26일 서부지법 폭동 사건으로 유죄가 확정된 5명을 상대로 물적 피해 복구비용 11억7589만원과 지연손해금을 구하는 손해배상 청구 소송을 서울중앙지법에 제기했다고 밝혔다.법원행정처는 “폭동 사태로 서울서부지법 청사는 유리창과 출입문, 외벽, 내부 사무실 집기와 전산설비 등 다수 시설물이 심각하게 파손되고, 소속 공무원들은 심각한 정신적 충격을 받았다”며 “이는 국가의 사법 작용이 이뤄지는 법원 청사에 대한 집단적 폭력·파괴 행위로서, 단순한 기물 파손이나 폭력행위를 넘어 국민의 기본권 수호와 법치주의의 최후 보루인 법원의 기능과 권위를 심각하게 훼손한 중대한 불법행위”라고 지적했다.이어 “헌정 질서를 문란케 하고 사법부의 독립을 정면으로 위협했으며, 법치주의와 민주주의의 근간을 뒤흔든 중대한 사건인 이 폭동에 가담한 사람들에게 법적 책임을 묻는 것은 반드시 필요하다”며 “사법부는 앞으로도 법치주의와 사법부의 기능을 부당하게 침해하는 행위에 대해 단호하게 대처해 ‘국민의 기본권을 수호하는 최후의 보루’로서의 사법의 본질적 기능이 온전히 유지될 수 있도록 최선의 노력을 다하겠다”고 말했다.‘서울서부지법 폭동사태’는 지난해 1월 19일 윤석열 전 대통령에 대한 구속영장이 발부되자, 격분한 지지자들이 서부지법에 난입해 기물을 부수는 등 난동을 벌인 사건이다. 검찰은 같은해 2월 총 70명을 특수건조물침입 등 혐의로 재판에 넘겼고, 대법원은 올해 4월 이들 중 18명에게 유죄를 확정했다.。 (ECNS) -- The “Made-in-Russia” festive fair, hosted by the Russian Export Center (REC), opened in Tianjin on Saturday, marking the event’s first launch in the city. Exhibited goods have expanded from food to daily consumer goods and folk handicrafts, according to Tatyana An, vice president of the REC. Prior to this event, the Russian Export Center has held seven similar promotional activities across China.
